We are upgrading some key software systems that act as the entrypoint for incoming requests to our API.
Normally we do running upgrades all the time without downtime by rotating hardware in and out of production.
This upgrade means that some key entrypoint systems will have to be rebooted and thus we expect up to 15 minutes of downtime within the maintenance window.
We do our best to build an infrastructure with 100% uptime and this upgrade is a key part of ud delivering the uptime you expect.
