We have experienced a full API outage with a duration of 7 minutes from 13:08 to 13:15 CET. The issue was identified quickly and resolved within minutes. We had a single datastore that became a bottleneck due to several complex high-volume queries. Normally we have automated systems to handle such events but this time the servers CPU hit 100% immediately which prevented the automated systems from executing fast enough.
