Maintenance ended

The maintenance for all store databases have been performed and no more disruptions are expected.

A final upgrade for a system database is scheduled for tonight (2026-09-03) but this will not have any availability impacts for customer facing products.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

In response to the incident this morning (2026-09-02 - https://status.clerk.io/incident/1046330) we will be performing software and configuration upgrades on all of our databases.

The maintenance window is 5 hours on the nights of 2026-09-02 and 2026-09-03.

Our services will be partially unavailable for around 10 minutes while we upgrade our database infrastructure.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
